CareAlgo connects care seekers with culturally appropriate caregivers and provides training for care professionals. Our platform ensures personalized, inclusive care experiences through AI-driven matching and CPD-accredited training.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

✔ Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
✔ Use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws.

Care seekers, caregivers, and trainees must meet specific eligibility criteria, which may include background checks or training certifications.

User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Services Provided

CareAlgo offers:

  • Cultural Matching Technology – AI-driven pairing of care seekers and caregivers.
  • CPD-Accredited Training – In-person training sessions for care professionals.

We act as a facilitator and do not directly employ caregivers or guarantee specific outcomes.

User Responsibilities

By using CareAlgo, you agree to:

✔ Treat all users with respect and professionalism.
✔ Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
✔ Abide by all relevant laws and regulations related to caregiving and employment.

Payments & Fees

  • Certain services may require payments. Fees will be clearly stated before purchase.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
  • All transactions are final, except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Care seekers and caregivers may cancel services as per individual agreements.
  • CPD-accredited training fees may be refundable under specific conditions.
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using CareAlgo, you consent to our data practices.

Prohibited Activities

  • You may NOT use CareAlgo to:

    • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past six months.
