We offer two main services:
Culturally Appropriate Care Training – A CPD-accredited, 2-hour, in-person training session for care staff.
Cultural Matching Technology – An AI-powered platform that helps match care receivers with carers who share similar language, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
Our training is designed primarily for frontline care workers, including those working in care homes, home care (domiciliary care), and supported living settings, who want to improve their understanding and delivery of culturally appropriate care. Team leaders and managers are also welcome to attend.
Yes. Our training is fully CPD-accredited, meaning participants will receive certificates confirming professional development hours upon completion.
